GoInternet Shipping Policy
1.0 Order Processing and Dispatch
1.1 All orders placed with GoInternet will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within two (2) business days from the date of order confirmation.
1.2 A dispatch confirmation email, including tracking information, will be sent to the customer’s registered email address once the order has been shipped.
2.0 Shipping Providers
2.1 GoInternet utilises a network of third-party couriers for the delivery of all goods. Our primary shipping partners are: (a) TNT/FedEx (b) Sendle (c) Interparcel
2.2 The selection of the courier for any given order is at the discretion of GoInternet and will be based on factors including, but not limited to, the customer’s delivery address, order size, and service availability.
3.0 Shipping Jurisdiction
3.1 GoInternet ships goods to all valid addresses within Australia.
3.2 At this time, GoInternet does not accept international orders through its website (www.gointernet.com.au).
3.3 Customers wishing to inquire about a special international order must contact GoInternet directly by telephone at 07 3632 8820.
4.0 Estimated Shipping Times
4.1 The delivery times outlined below are estimates provided by our courier partners. GoInternet is not liable for any delays that are outside of our direct control, including but not limited to courier network disruptions or public holidays.
4.2 TNT/FedEx: (a) Express Services (Major Metropolitan Areas): Estimated next business day delivery. (b) Road Express (Standard Service): Estimated delivery between one (1) to seven (7) business days, depending on the final destination.
4.3 Sendle: (a) Express Service (Same City & between Major Metropolitan Areas): Estimated delivery within one (1) to two (2) business days. (b) Standard Service: Estimated delivery between two (2) to ten (10) business days, depending on the final destination.
4.4 Interparcel: (a) As a multi-courier service, delivery times depend on the specific service selected at checkout. (b) Express Services: Estimated delivery within one (1) to three (3) business days to major cities. (c) Standard Services: Estimated delivery within three (3) to seven (7) business days.
5.0 Tracking and Enquiries
5.1 Customers can monitor the status of their delivery using the tracking link provided in the dispatch confirmation email (Clause 1.2).
